Cher Dugan has been with the association for approximately 10 years and it is evident that she really enjoys working with everyone here and the REALTORS®. Some of her responsibilities include working on a daily basis with the membership and affiliates, overseeing the distribution of our lock box and key pad system, making sure that all continuing education that is taken gets reported correctly to the state, and making sure all of our records are in order. She is also responsible for the overseeing of the computers, printers, and network in the office.

Debbie Marasa joined EMTAR November 2005.   Her primary objective and greatest pleasure is to serve all members by answering questions and working to find solutions to members’ problems. Her daily activities also include processing membership applications, providing support for MLS keys and lockbox operations; office support to the Association Executive and Board members;  planning and executing EMTAR events.
