Contracts & Forms

Accessing the State Approved TAR Forms will require you enter your TAR User Name & Password. From that point, you will enter the "Members Only" area of TAR's website. Along with accessing the newest forms, you will also be able to access the following...
- Transaction Desk: This is an area where you can complete any of the TAR Forms, along with having the option to email, print and save the completed forms; or create a transaction folder where you can save all of the documents, contacts, and other data that pertains to that property.
- Forms on the Fly: This area allows you to quickly print or download any of the TAR Forms - please note that you cannot complete these forms in this section.
- inFORM Tool: This is one of TAR's most useful tools. With the detail of our contracts and forms, the language can sometimes get confusing, to the point where you are not sure what to place in a blank - this tool explains each section of every form and assists you in completing it. It will also let you know what other supporting forms to use in conjunction with the form you have selected
Access the forms now - once the new window opens, follow the link in the upper left-hand menu "Member Login"
Review all of the changes to the 2010 Forms - this will open up a new window with a PDF version of all of the form changes.
