Upon completion of the course you will be able to identify the essential elements of fair housing practices. You will be able demonstrate skills promoting professionalism and reducing risk from legal liabilities associated with them. You will also construct and develop methods for educating the customer/ client about Equal Opportunity in Housing and the law. You will be able to identify the Realtor® Code of Ethics applicable to fair housing. You will examine and critique real life Fair Housing case studies/ scenarios discussed in a video during the course.
