The Silver Lining

While the latest housing market news is causing heartburn for some folks, it is music to the ears of many buyers. NAR's existing-home sales report for September showed a 4.2 percent decline in the median home price and a 16.2 percent increase in inventories from a year earlier. For buyers this means more affordable prices and more homes to choose from.
