EMTAR REALTOR Membership Application...

Requirements for EMTAR REALTOR Membership

 

  • License
    Any Real Estate Professional wishing to join the Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS® must have a valid real estate license and be actively engaged in the real estate industry or one of its many recognized branches

 

  • Employment
    Any real estate professional wishing to join must be affiliated with a registered REALTOR® Brokerage firm as an independent contractor.

 

  • Application
    Any real estate professional wishing to join must complete the REALTOR® application

 

  • Oath
    Any real estate professional wishing to become a REALTOR® member of the association must take an oath to abide by its By-Laws, Policies, Rules and Regulations, Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics

 

  • Orientation
    All new members are required to complete the "Orientation: course within 90 days of filing their application. Any member that does not comply with this will have their membership revoked.

 

  • Continuing Education
    All REALTOR® members must complete the continuing education requirements to keep their real estate license with the State of Tennessee in effect and in good standing.

 

 

  • Print the application, complete it and return to the Association Office
  • Use the "Save" "Print" or "Zoom" options contained within the adobe frame
