  • April is NAR's Fair Housing Month, and even though we should be aware of always treating people with equal services, this is the month we really do the risk reduction education in this area.  During this class, you'll get a history of why the laws are in place, use the Code of Ethics to be your guide, and develop ways to handle questions that are inevitably asked of you in your daily business.  AND you'll be able to prove to a judge, if ever prosecuted, that you've made a conscientious effort to learn how to provide housing opportunities to all!
