Governmental Affairs covers issues from local, state to national issues that affect the real estate industry and more importantly homeownership rights. From local sales taxes to the National Flood Investment Programs, we strive to monitor and navigate the waters of real issues affecting and the real estate industry which makes up for about 20% of the national gross domestic product.
